-Close the lid by pressing down firmly on each side to ensure the lid is securely
locked.
-Press the Vacuum & Seal button.
The green indicator light will illuminate while the appliance removes the
air from the bag.
The red indicator light will illuminate as the appliance automatically
switches to the sealing function to seal it.
-When both indicator lights go out, the automatic vacuum sealing process has
been completed.
-Press the locking buttons on each side of the appliance to unlock the lid and
remove your sealed bag.
Tips for best vacuum sealing performance:
Clean and straighten the open end of the bag before vacuum sealing.
Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 25 seconds before continuing
operation.
During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquids or food particles
can be pulled into the vacuum channel, which will cause the damage to the
appliance. To prevent this, please follow the tips below:
a) For moist and juicy foods such as raw meats:

Clean the vacuum channel in between each use with a clean paper towel tightly
wadded or rolled up and inserted into the vacuum channel to soak up any liquid.
Perishables need to be refrigerated or frozen. Any frozen foods that are sealed
should be stored in the freezer until ready to defrost and use.
