When fitting these models, be careful to
position the lower fork with the offset to
the right direction, which is to say moved
towards the wheel as shown in the
figure below.

• Wash carefully all the front part of the
scooter and particularly the area in
which you will operate to substitute the
original shock absorber;
• remove the front wheel of the scooter
and the lateral plastic covering which
protect the original shock absorber;
• unthread the gear cable of the mileage
recorder which is fixed on the base of
the fixing hub of the brake pincer and
the brake pincer;
• remove the crank covers and unthread
the crank from the steering tube, while
turning out the central screw, putting
it in a low position, and taking care
not to damage the different cables of
connection with the tools;
• unscrew the two register bushes of the
steering tube with a hooked key, while
taking care not to damage them, and
unthread the steering tube toward the
lower position possible;
• turn out the three screws which fix the
front mudguard and raise it the most
possible in order to allow an easier
access to the superior area of the
shock absorber.
Disassembling of the original shock
absorber
• Unscrew the two screw nuts on the
