Put both hands on your waist and position yourself.
Put one leg on the device, bend and straighten the
knee of your other leg repeatitvely to stimulate your
high and lower body part.

Facing against the wall, put both hands on the wall
with the balls of feet on the device, put one leg up and
down.

With your back against the wall, raise your
arms apart. Go down slowly and take a saddle
stance. Put your arms in front of you or fold them.
