HOW TO OPERATE

To prepare:
• Chill both Canisters for at least eight hours.
• Find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. Make sure the cord is
away from any water source. It is acceptable to use an extension cord if needed.
• Choose your favorite recipe and prepare ice cream mixture per
recipe instructions. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
1. Take Canisters from freezer and place onto the Base.
2. Place one Dasher in each canister.
3. Fit Lid on top of the Base and Canisters.
4. Fit the Electric Motor onto the Lid and press until a "click" is
heard to indicate that it has locked into place.
5. Insert plug into nearest outlet and press the "on" switch.
IMPORTANT: Machine must be switched on before adding ice cream mixture.
6. Pour chilled ice cream mixture in through each Flavor Funnel. Make sure that you do not
fill Canister more than ²/
7. Add extra toppings through the Flavor Funnel about 3 minutes before the mixture is done
churning.
8. When mixture is done, turn off and unplug the Electric Motor. If the motor
stops prematurely, turn it off, break up any ice blockages, and start again.
9. Hold the Release Buttons on the Electric Motor to lift off of the Lid.
10. Take the Dashers out and scrape off excess ice cream with a spatula.
11. Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze, or serve straight from the Canister.
