The acoustic edge is mounted as follows:
1. Use a spirit level to check that the acoustic edge is mounted straight.
Use the enclosed drilling template and a pencil to mark dots on the wall for orientation.
2. Drill the two holes in the positions you have marked.
3. Insert the two anchors into the drilled holes.
Make sure the anchors are flush with the wall surface.
4. Attach the mounting rail and screw it securely to the wall with two screws.
Use the spirit level support on the mounting rail to ensure that the acoustic edge is aligned
straight.
5. When mounting horizontally, slide the acoustic edge onto the mounting rail from top left to
bottom right.
When mounting vertically, e.g. in the corner of a room, the acoustic edge has to be attached
to the mounting rail from the right.
Make sure that the studs on the board rail lock into the mounting rail correctly.
Ensure that the acoustic edge is securely attached to the mounting rail and check that it
holds securely on the wall before letting go.
Repeat this procedure for all additional acoustic edges that you wish to mount. If mounting
several acoustic edges, please refer to section 4.5: "Mounting several acoustic edges".
The acoustic edge is now mounted.

Mounting several acoustic edges

The formats of the acoustic edges have been carefully coordinated. This means that both formats
can be combined, making them ideal for mounting several elements next to each other or above
each other. To create the best visual effect, we recommend mounting several acoustic edges
without gaps.

We recommend that, before mounting, you make a sketch of your intended combi-
nation of elements, calculate the total weight and mark out the outer dimensions
of the overall surface on the mounting site.
During the mounting process, use a spirit level to check that each acoustic edge is
straight.
Please note when mounting several elements next to each other that you will need
to start mounting on the right-hand side (for horizontal mounting) or at the bottom
when mounting elements above each other (vertical mounting). Please note that
the elements cannot be mounted in a different order due to the insertion system of
the mounting rail.
