NOTE: Please follow the instructions carefully to insure a safe and sturdy bed. Do not fully
tighten the bolts until all rails and guardrails are attached.
1. Unpack the units and confirm that you have all hardware and required parts.
2. Locate one Lower Cap Rail (S) on a level and protected surface with the holes facing up.
3. Insert two 50 mm Wood Dowels (5) into the large holes of one Lower Cap Rail (S) and attach it to the
Lower Cross Assembly (R) using three 48 mm Tapping Bolts (4). Securely tighten the bolts with the
enclosed hex wrench.
4. Repeat the same procedure to combine the other Cap Rail (S) with the other Lower Cross Assembly
(R).
