GLUE GUN
1.
Plug in gun to a 110 volt outlet.
2. Insert glue stick into back of gun.
3. Pull trigger several times until glue is set firmly into
the inlet tube.
4. Allow 5 minutes warm-up time for the gun and glue
stick.
5. Apply appropriate amount of glue by squeezing
trigger.
6. Bond surfaces by pressing together within 15
seconds of applying hot glue. For best results make
sure surfaces are clean of any oil and dirt.
CAUTION! Keep out of reach of children.
WARNING! Never touch the nozzle of the gun
or hot melted glue as operating temperatures
can reach 400ºF and can cause severe burns.
• Do not use within 10 feet of any flammable materials.
• Not for outdoor use or in areas that may be wet or
damp.
• Keep all work areas clean and well lit.
• Never use this gun with materials other than
recommended glue sticks.

7. Always use the provided glue gun stand in between
uses when gun is plugged in.
CAUTION! Never lay the glue gun on its side
while gun is still hot.
8. After use always unplug gun and use provided glue
gun stand until gun has cooled before storing.
9. Never pull glue sticks out of the glue gun.
• Always wear protective safety equipment such as
gloves, glasses, and long sleeve shirts and pants
when using hot melt glue guns.
• When inserting glue sticks into a hot glue gun, avoid
using too much force as this can cause hot glue to
be unexpectedly discharged from nozzle or flow
back from inlet tube.
• Do not store in direct sunlight.
• Not for use with extension cords.
• Hot melt glue is not intended to replace structural
fasteners or in temperatures reaching over 130ºF.
