EYE BOLTS

The CVA-28 comes with a pre-installed M8 eye bolt in the rear panel. Never insert a replacement eye bolt that
has a thread length longer than 30.5mm. Doing so will damage the speaker system.
For eye bolts that screw into the cabinet (not the rear panel) M8 eye bolts ranging in length between 30.5mm and
75mm will work adequately. Only use eye bolts that are rated for overhead suspension.
Replacement Eye Bolts: You may obtain compatible suspension rated M8 eye bolts from Cerwin-Vega! Support.

SUSPENDING a SINGLE CVA-28

Single CVA-28s are capable of being suspended in a vertical (Figure 1.a) or horizontal (Figure 1.b) orientation.
Suspension points are located on the top, bottom, and both sides. After after determining the orientation and
location, remove the appropriate screws and install M8 eye bolts as shown.
