CERTIFIED APPLICATIONS
Thermostatic mixing valves comply with the NHS Model Specification D08,
designation HP-S, HP-W, LP-SE, LP-WE when operated as set out in Table1 below.
References 732115 & 732116 are certified LP and HP.
NSF Certification Number: NSF2175/1119 - WRAS Approval Number: 1910701
Operating Pressure Range
Maximum pressure - Bar
Flow pressure, Hot and cold - Bar
Hot Supply Temperature - °C
Cold Supply Temperature - °C
Mixed Water Temperature - °C
OPERATION
• Stable mixed water temperatures.
• Anti-scalding failsafe: if Cold Water supply fails, Hot Water supply shuts-off within 2 seconds, and vice versa.
• Thermal and chemical shocks can be carried out.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• 6 lpm at 1 bar, recommended for 1 - 2 washbasin taps maximum, or 1 shower.
• Integrated non-return valves and filters.
• Pre-set at 38°C (CW and HW pressure 3 bar).
• Minimum mixed water temperature: 34°C.
• Anti-scalding fail-safe is active if:
- the mixed water temperature is less than 42°C.
- the difference between the HW and MW is greater than 15°C.
- response time ~2 seconds.
INSTALLATION
• Recommended pressure: 1 - 5 bar.
• HW supply temperature: 55 - 85°C.
• CW supply temperature: 5 - 20°C.
• Balance the HW/CW pressure (∆P <1 bar).
• Connect the hot water supply to the inlet with a red marker and the cold water to the inlet with a blue marker.
• PREMIX NANO can be installed in any position.
• Installation example, depending on the model (Fig. A, B, C & D).
REMEMBER
• Our valves must be installed by professional installers in accordance with current regulations
and recommendations in your country, and the specifications of the fluid engineer.
• Sizing the pipes correctly will avoid problems of flow rate, pressure loss and water hammer
(see calculation table in our brochure and online at www.delabie.com).
• Protect the installation with filters, water hammer absorbers and pressure reducers to reduce
the frequency of maintenance (recommended pressure from 1 to 5 bar maximum).
• Install stopcocks close to the valve to facilitate maintenance.
• The pipework, filters, non-return valves, stopcocks, bib taps, cartridge and all sanitary fittings should
be checked at least once a year, and more frequently if necessary.
