Use Blender
Attention: The blades are very sharp. Risk of injury!
· Place the mixing bowl on a smooth, even and sufficiently stable and
no sensitive surfaces. Check the correct placement of the non-slip-ring.
· Fill the foodstuff into the mixing bowl. Pay attention to the maximum
marking.
Attention:
- Cut larger foodstuff into smaller pieces before filling into the mixing
bowl.
- The included mixing bowl is not heat resistant. Let hot foodstuff cool
down before filling into the mixing bowl.
- If you use any other than the including mixing bowl, assure that its
size is sufficient and not easy fragile as well that the purée attachment
doesn t touch the edge of the container.
· Connect the motor housing with the purée attachment under
consideration the according marking and fix tightly. Attention: The
knives are sharp.
· Assure that both parts are locked properly before connecting to an
appropriate power socket.
· The function part of the purée attachment must be completely covered
by the foodstuff. Nevertheless, pay attention that it is covered to middle
level at maximum.
· If you are processing hot food, ensure that you do not hold the device
directly in the steam to avoid possible condensation on the motor
housing. Immediately wipe off condensation on the motor housing. Be
careful not to scald yourself from any splashes.
· Only switch on the device when the function part of the purée
attachment is immersed into the food. Hold the device vertically. Danger

of splashes! Ensure adequate protection for your delicate clothing or
kitchen surfaces.
· When you keep pressed Switch I you can regulate the speed setting.
First, switch on at low level and then increase the speed as needed.
The speed setting cannot be changed when keeping pressed Switch II .
· If the knife does not turn or turns only with difficulty, stop the blending
or mixing process immediately. Disconnect the power plug and ensure
that the purée attachment is properly locked onto the motor housing,
that no food has got stuck on the knife, or that the food is not too tough
or too hard.
· This device is not suitable for continuous operation and only for the
preparation of household quantities (max. 1 minute/ no more than
approx. 10 seconds for solid food). Let the device cool down
afterwards.
Attention: The blades continue to turn after being switched off.
Please wait until the blades have stopped completely before removing
the blender from the food.
· Immediately after use, pull the plug out of the outlet and allow the
appliance to cool down.
· Remove the purée attachment from the motor housing and the clean the
purée attachment directly after use.
TIPS:
· Keep the hand blender slightly slanted when processing liquid food.
· Remove the food from the mixing bowl with a plastic spoon or scraper.
