TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Problems
The HS displays
"USB Cable
Disconnected with PC"
Internet and SKYPE is on-

Solution
Check the connection of USB cable
Check the SENAO SN-358 SKY 2.0
Open the SKYPE and the local state cannot be offline
Removed the Senao 358 Sky.2.0 icon from your PC
by right click the icon with your mouse and select
"Exit", then run the program again from Start-Program
on your PC
Check the connection of power supply on the Base
Get closer to the Base
Check the setting of "Sound Devices" in SKYPE:
Audio In Generic USB Audio Device
Audio Out Generic USB Audio Device
Adjust the Receiver volume
Check the setting of "Sound Devices" in SKYPE:
Audio In Generic USB VoIP Device
Audio Out Generic USB VoIP Device
Adjust the Speaker volume
