Regolazione microswitch S&G – S&G microswitch set-up
Da realizzare dopo eventuali manutenzioni del gruppo valvola di regolazione
1.
Assicurarsi che l'impianto sia spento.
2.
Aprire la pistola per scaricare eventuali pressioni intrappolate all'interno del tubo di mandata.
3.
Assicurarsi che la molla di regolazione della valvola sia compressa, se non fosse così ruotare in senso
orario il pomolo pos. 24 di 6/7 giri in modo da precaricare la molla di regolazione della valvola.
4.
Rimuovere la forcella pos. 27 e il pomolo pos. 24
5.
Svitare la vite pos. 46 e rimuovere la copertura pos. 45.
6.
Allentare il dado pos. 60 (chiave 7) tenendo ferma la vite di regolazione S&G pos. 44 con apposita
chiave maschio di forma esagonale (chiave 2).
7.
Svitare la vite di regolazione S&G pos. 44 fino a battuta sulla ganascia di comando pos. 32.
8.
Assicurarsi nuovamente che la molla di regolazione della valvola sia precompressa (punto 3).
9.
Accendere l'impianto (il motore non deve partire).
10. Avvitare la vite di regolazione S&G pos. 44 fino all'accensione del motore.
11. Una volta avviato, il motore si arresterà in brevissimo tempo dal momento che la pistola è chiusa.
12. A questo punto realizzare un giro completo in senso orario della vite di regolazione S&G pos. 44.
13. Tenendo ferma la vite di regolazione S&G pos. 44 serrare gentilmente il dado pos. 60 sulla ganascia di
comando pos. 32.
14. Realizzare qualche apertura della pistola in modo da verificare il corretto funzionamento dello S&G.
15. Montare la copertura pos. 45 e avvitare la vite pos. 46.
16. Montare il pomolo di regolazione pos. 24 e la forcella pos. 27.

To be done after any maintenance of the regulating valve group
1.
Make sure the system is turned off.
2.
Open the gun to release the pressures trapped into the system.
3.
Make sure the valve adjustment spring is compressed, if not, turn clockwise 6/7 turns the knob 24 to
preload the valve adjustment spring.
4.
Remove the holding fork 27 and the knob 24
5.
Unscrew the screw 46 and remove the cover 45.
6.
Loose the nut 60 (hex.7), holding the S&G adjustment screw, 44 with a proper hex male tool (hex.2).
7.
Unscrew the S&G adjustment screw 44 up to the stop on the control jaw 32.
8.
Make sure again that the valve spring is compressed (item 3).
9.
Turn on the system (the engine must not start).
10. Tighten the S&G adjustment screw 44 until the engine starts.
11. Once started, the engine will stop in short time since the gun is closed.
12. At this point make a complete clockwise turn of the S&G adjustment screw 44.
13. Holding the S&G adjustment screw, 44 gently tighten the nut 60 on the control jaw 32.
14. Make some gun openings in order to check the correct operation of the S&G.
15. Fit the cover 45 and the screw 46.
16. Install the knob 24 and the holding fork 27.
