1. Clean access holes – Using tap, remove paint/debris from weldnuts, both sides.
2. Install hitch – Raise hitch into position and align with mounting hole. Loosely install (6) M12 bolts ① and (6) 1/2"conical washer ②, see
Figure 1.
3. Tighten all M12 fasteners with torque wrench to 76 Ft.-Lb. (103 N*M).
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
