6. TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLES
When operating the switch on
the push-button board, the
machine does not run
The hoist cannot lift anymore
The brake does not operate
therefore the load tends to slip
The steel cable is warped
7. WARRANTY
This power tool is guaranteed for a period of 24 months, from possible defects of manufacturing.
Warranty shall cover regular operation of product and won't include defects caused by wear,
improper maintenance, tampering by unskilled people, improper usage, usage of improper
accessories, overloading condition etc. Warranty shall remain valid if the purchasing date shall be
confirmed by bill of lading, invoice, ticket as evidence.
CAUSES
The cable or extension plugs,
if used, are discontinued
The overload cut-out has
tripped
There is a failure in your
electric socket
Brake sticking has occured
durino storage
The electric motor is
overheated
The load exceeds the hoist
capacity
Worn out brake

REMEDIES
Check the continuity,
connections and terminals
Wait for motor cooling down;
then press the push-button again
Check that the socket is live and
that fuses are in perfect
conditions
Keep operatine the switch on
the push-button board for a
while until the brake has released
Let it cool down
Reduce the load to be lifted
Have the worn parts replaced by
a specialized service shop
Replace in our authorized
centres.
