NOTE: Before assembly of this product, make
sure all parts are present. Compare parts
with the contents list and diagram. If any part
is missing or damaged, do not attempt to
assemble, install or operate the product.
1. Assemble two casters through the holes on one side
tray frame as shown, using two sleeve nuts. Tighten the
sleeve nuts using the Allen wrench. Repeat for other
side. (See Figure 1)

2. Assemble one side tray by inserting two 40mm bolts
through the support bar, the inner two holes on
the side tray frame and the stool body frame. Add
washers to top of bolts and tighten with two cap nuts.
Repeat for other side. (See Figure 2)
3. Insert two 35mm bolts through the remaining two
holes on the side tray frame then through the stool
body frame. Add washers to top of bolts and tighten
with two cap nuts. Repeat for other side. (See Figure 2)

4. Attach the tool holder shelf using two 10mm bolts
5. Final assembled product shown. (See Figure 4)
MAINTENANCE
Little maintenance is required for this product. Wipe
clean as needed; use mild upholstery cleaner (not
caustic) to clean seat.
• NEVER add lubricant to casters!
• Periodically check that all fasteners are tight.
• Keep the seat clean. Wash it with a mild soap and
