Remove Bumper Beam- Remover the foam fascia support from the bumper
exposing access holes. Using a 14mm socket remove (4) nuts and save for hitch
installation. (each side)
5.
Tighten Fasteners- Tighten all 10mm X 1.25 flange nuts with a torque wrench to
42 Lb-Ft (57N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.

Install Hitch- *SEE FIGURE 1. Bend center fascia tab flat against the end panel. Raise
the hitch and bumper beam into position onto the studs in the end panel. Loosely
reinstall the (8) flange nuts removed in step 3 (4 each side)
6.
Install Foam Support- Place the foam fascia support back onto the bumper.
