2. Pass the Grip Heater Lead Wire
A under the wire harness,
throttle cables and brake pipes.
3. Connect the Grip Hater Lead
Wire A to the vehicle harness
coupler.
4. Fix the grip heater (L) lead wire
and grip heater switch lead wire
to the brake pipes using a
Clamp F.
5. Install the vehicle parts in the
reverse order of removal.
6. Inspect and adjust the cable
play:
1) Slide the boot 1.
2) Loosen the lock-nut 2.
3) Turn the adjuster 3 so that
4) Tighten the lock-nut 2.
5) Reinstall the boot 1.

4.0 mm (0.08 – 0.16 in) play.
