Guarantee
The NECCHI device you have purcha-
sed is excellent quality and was desi-
gned and manufactured with care. It is
guaranteed against all manufacturing
defects for a duration of 24 months from
the date of purchase. All repairs to ma-
nufacturing defects will be free of charge
during the period of guarantee. We re-
mind you that this product is for dome-
stic use.
Professional use is not permitted. If used
for professional purposes, the guarantee
is invalid.
If the product has a manufacturing de-
fect, it will be prepared or, if necessary,
the faulty part will be replaced. The de-
cision to repair, replace a component or
the product with another identical one or,
if not available, one of equal or superior
features, will be at the discretion of our
company. Please retain all original pac-
kaging intact.
The guarantee does not cover:
1) Repairs and/or maintenance of the
product
2) Breakage or damage due to acciden-
tal causes or use non-compliant with
the instructions in the user manual.
3) Wear.
4) Devices tampered with by unauthori-
sed people.
5) Devices on which non original acces-
sories or parts are used (tubes, bru-
shes, etc.)
The guarantee only covers direct da-
mage on the product. Your rights are not
affected according to the laws in force,
in particular Legislative Decree 206/05.
To exert your right to the guarantee, you
should retain the original receipt of pur-
chase.
If a product is sent without technical
faults or with problems due to wear, in-
correct use etc. the cost of the repairs,
the replacement parts and the delivery
charges will be paid by you. Repairs are
possible when the guarantee has expi-
red. You will pay the cost of the work, the
replacement parts and the delivery char-
ges.
