The manufacturer is liable for product defects for the duration of one years
insofar they already existed at the time of the risk transfer. Excluded are
failures or outages due to wear and tear of the manual remote control cau-
ses by sterilizing the unit. However, if the user is able to provide evidence
that the number of sterilization cycles amounted to less than 100 at the
time of failure, the product is replaced free of charge.
