Preparation
1. Park the motorcycle on a firm, flat surface where it will not fall over.

2. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key, wait until the engine has cooled
down

3. Read these instructions carefully before installation and check that all items are
correctly packed in the kit.
Installation
1. Dismount the front wheel according to the drivers manual book.
2. Pull out the break hose of the holder on the right side. Picture point (d).
3. Remove the break hose clip in the rear of the front fender, by pressing it
together in the inner side. Picture point (e).
4. Remove the fixing screws of the front fender on left and right side. Picture point
(a), (b) and (c). Take the fender off the bike.
5. Remove the rubber bushings out of the original front fender and install them on
the carbon front fender.
6. Mount the carbon front fender (1) in reverse order onto the bike. Use original
screws to fix at point (a), (b) and (c).
Keep the correct tightening torque which is 6 Nm.
7. Press in the original break hose clip in the rear of the carbon front fender(1).
Picture point (e) and click the brake hose in the holder at point (d).
8. Mount the front wheel according to the drivers manual book.
