• Restore settings
The factory settings can be restored. Note: the follow-
ing data will be set to default/deleted:
language, date, time, phonebook, alarms, game
records, call log, profile.
5. IMEI NUMBER
Press power/back button 4 times while screen is ON
to find out the IMEI number of your device
TROUBLESHOOTING
Income/outcome calls are not working:
1. Check if you have inserted the Micro-Sim card
correctly.
2. Check if you are within the range of the GSM
Network – check the GSM level signal displayed on
the main screen.
3. Make sure you disabled PIN code request.
My voice is not heard when speaking:
1. Make sure microphone hole is clean and not
covered (do not use sharp objects to clean the hole,
because it will damage microphone)
2. Keep device close to your mouth while speaking
Pictures or voice records are not saved
1. Make sure you inserted extended file storage (SD
card)
2. Make sure the micro SD card is installed properly
