Symptom

The compressor pump does
not work.

The discharge air volume
decreases.

Abnormal temperature rises.

The compressor pump
operates intermittently

The compressor pump makes
abnormal noise.
If the failure is not found even after checking above points, remove the plug to stop operation. Then, call Grainger

Possible Causes

Is the unit plugged into a
115V receptacle

Are pipes blocked or
leaking?

Is a valve in the piping
closed?

Is the filter element blocked?

Overheating

Is the compressor pump
touching surrounding
articles?

Corrective Actions

Make sure the compressor pump is
correctly powered

Clean the pipe or use a new pipe

Make sure the valve of the piping is
open

Wash and dry the filter or replace
the filter

Operate in cooler environment

Make sure the pump is installed
correctly, not touching other
articles
