Hand Mixer Use instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.

Use instruction
Make sure the cord supply is not plugged and the function and speed selector is on position 0.
Insert the whisks on the bottom holes. Gently press and turn them, until they are well lock.
Plug the cord supply into the socket.
Pour the ingredients into the container and start with the hand mixer, putting it at the center of the container.
Select different speed with the selector and always start with the lower speed 1. It is possible to increase the
speed by using TURBO button.
When start the preparation, make sure to the correct position of the hand mixer into the container, in order to
avoid splashes.
Once finished, turn off the hand mixer by selecting 0 on the function and speed selector button, and put it on his
back to remove the whisks easily.
Remove the whisks by pressing eject whisks button.
Beaters choice
Whisks: to use instead of manual whisks to: mix, beat, whipping food, emulsify.
Dough hooks: to use only for preparation of not very consistent pastes, for example to beat creamy mashed
potatoes and to incorporate the flour in other more solid ingredients.
Speed selector
1 = Mix speed used for dry and bulk ingredients such as flour, butter and potatoes
2 = Blend speed used for liquids
3 = Dough mixing for mixing cakes and breads
4 = Cream for creaming butter and sugar, desserts
5 = Beat for beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes, whipping cream.
It is recommended to use the hand mixer for around 30 second at low speed (1) to gradually arrive at maximum
speed (5).
Cleaning
Before cleaning the hand mixer unplug the cord supply from the socket and make that the function and speed
selector will be on position 0.
Remove the whisks by pressing the eject whisks button.
Wash the whisks with hot water and soap.
