Symptom
EDU power LEDs are OFF.
Communication Link power LED is OFF.

Possible Solution
• Check power feed circuit breaker.
• Check output fuses in Power Panel.
• Check output fuses in Power Panel.
• Check if at least one EDU is powered on the link.
