Digital shower thermometer
• The product must not be connected to a low-pressure boiler.
Please consult your plumber before you connect it up.
Caution!
Risk of injury:
• Keep this thermometer and the batteries out of reach of chil-
dren.
• Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. If a battery has been
swallowed, get medical assistance immediately.
• Batteries must not be thrown into the fire, short-circuited,
taken apart or recharged. Risk of explosion!
• Batteries contain harmful acids. Low batteries should be
changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by a
leaking battery. Never use old and new batteries together,
nor batteries of different types. Remove the batteries if you
do not use the thermometer for a lengthy period. Wear
chemical-resistant protective gloves and glasses when han-
dling leaked batteries.
Important information on product safety!
• The response time for a steady temperature measurement is
up to 4 seconds.
• Do not expose the thermometer to extreme temperatures,
vibration or shock.

6. Installation
This shower thermometer is suitable for all standard shower
devices. If you have any problems with its installation, please
consult your plumber.
1. Take the both sealing rings out of the screw cap.
2. Remove the shower head from the shower hose.
3. Screw in the shower thermometer between the shower head
and the shower hose, as shown in the picture. Please make
sure that the two sealing rings are correctly inserted.
4. Rotate the thermometer until the temperature can be easily
read.
5. The thermometer is now ready for use.
7. Use
• During the shower, the water temperature is displayed.
• If the water temperature is ≥ 41°C, a LED warning lamp lights
up on the display.
• When the thermometer is not in use, the power saving mode
is activated and the thermometer switches off.
• To deactivate the power saving mode, move the thermome-
ter slightly and the temperature reappears on the display.
8. Care and maintenance
• Clean the thermometer with a soft damp cloth. Do not use
solvents or scouring agents.
• Remove the batteries if you do not use the thermometer for
a lengthy period.

8.1 Battery replacement

• Replace the batteries when the display starts to fade.
• Open the battery compartment at the rear of the thermome-
ter using a screwdriver. Remove the battery compartment lid
by inserting a pointed object into the small opening.
• Insert two new button cell batteries (LR44). Make sure they
have the correct polarity. (Pay attention to the marking: + =
positive pole downwards, - = negative pole downwards).
Carefully screw the battery compartment lid back on.
Caution: make sure that the screw is tight so no water can
get inside.
