Check
Make sure that all cable are
connected.
Unplug the desk from the wall
socket for roughly 1 minute and
reconnect.
It is possible to move the slower
column by pulling/pushing.
It is not possible to move the
slower column by pulling/
pushing.
Make sure that the desk is not
overloaded.
Make sure that nothing is
blocking the desk movement.
Try
Connect the cables.
Follow installation instructions
and perform a reset.
Perform a reset. If there's still
only one column moving, replace
the column that is not moving.
Replace the column that is
moving slower.
Replace the column that is
moving faster.
Unload the desk. If the problem
remains, replace the control box.
Remove the obstacle. If the
problem remains replace the
whole underframe.
Check all connections.
Perform a reset.
