- Connect the canister or barrel (product container) to the equipment using the suction pipe.
- Ensure that air can flow into the product container.
- Check ventilation valve or air annular gap at the connection to the product container (depending
on the used system) for patency. Image 2 and 3
- When using chemicals please adhere to existing guidelines and safety regulations.
- Maximum connection value may not exceed 10 bar; otherwise it may cause damage to the filling
station.
Working with the filling station
- The filling station has charging valves.
- On the first use of the filling station the spray can should be filled once (only with about 200 ml);
then empty the contents, this ensures that the dosage cylinder of the filling station is filled with
the product.
- To fill the spray can press it into the charging valve product/air. Filling process stops after
about 10 seconds.
- The spray can now works like a normal aerosol can.
- If the pressure decreases in the spray can, then it can be built up again using the air charging
valve. For this purpose press the spray can into the air charging valve.
- Only refill totally empty spray cans.
End of work
Disconnect equipment from air. Store equipment and accessories out of reach of children.
Environmental protection
Equipment, accessories and packaging should be recycled.

Lubricating the material piston in the cylinder: When using strong de-greasing cleaning agents
(brake cleaners etc.), the material piston in the cylinder will run without lubrication after long use.
This may lead to jerky movements of the piston. The equipment should be therefore lubricated
once a month via the lubricating nipple in order to prevent long-term damage.

Use a grease gun for this purpose.
Do not use any other equipment for lubrication as this may lead to damage at the piston/cylinder.
5 to 6 passes from the grease gun are enough for the lubrication. When using spray agents with
lubricating content (e.g. spray oil) lubrication is unnecessary.
Lubrication ensures the long-term operation of the filling station.
