Safety instructions
Check equipment and spray can for visible damage.
Read pressure at the manometer – it may only be a maximum of 10 bar.
Check that equipment and spray can are secure on their firm footing.

When working with chemicals please adhere to all applicable safety guidelines.
Only use approved products
Do not use alkaline or acidic products.
Protect from temperatures over 50°C.
When using the filling station in combination with flammable spraying agents:
Ground filling station prior to commissioning.
The filling station is a closed system in combination with the corresponding spray cans.
Decommission filling station immediately if liquid leaks from the housing or if you notice any other
leakages. Leaking of flammable liquids may cause gas-air mixtures which may ignite. Working with
open fire, cigarettes etc is strictly prohibited around the filling station.
The filling station does not create static charge.

– Test on static charge carried out by TÜV Produkt Service GmbH, Frankfurt.
Test report is available and can be requested if necessary.
Flammable spray agents:
Do not spray against flames or onto glowing materials. Protect against direct sunlight and
temperatures over 50° C. Keep away from ignition sources. Do not smoke. Keep out of
reach of children. Ensure sufficient ventilation to prevent the creation of explosive mixtures.
Please adhere to the legal requirements for
the use of flammable substances!
The filling station may only be positioned in zone 1 or 2 according to BGR 132, within
potentially explosive areas.
Zone 1:
Includes areas in which one has to assume that hazardous explosive atmospheres may occur
occasionally caused by gases, vapours or mist.
Zone 2:
Includes areas in which one has to assume that hazardous explosive atmospheres may occur
rarely and if so only in the short term caused by gases, vapours or mist.
Start-up
- Check pipe pressure and adjust if necessary.
- Connect equipment to pressurized air.
- Check suction pipe for free passage and damage.
- Remove transportation lock at the material entry.
