Volume is set too

Incorrect downloading
methods.
SOLUTION
Recharge battery as
described on page 7.
See page 21 for how to turn
on the power.
Insert headphones.
Raise the volume using the
Volume Up button.
Download uncorrupted
files.
Upload files to the unit as
described on pages 16-18.
Make sure player is
Supported OS: Windows XP
or Vista.
