1. Fasteners installation – Feed coiled end of pull wire ⑤ into rearward hole in the frame rail and out the access hole. Feed the spacer ② on to the pull wire ⑤ then
attach the carriage bolt ①. Feed the spacer ② and carriage bolt ① into the frame rail and out the rearward hole. Leave pull wires attached. Repeat the process to the
forward hole, both sides. Leave pull wires attached.
2. Hitch installation - Raise the hitch into position, slide hitch over drivers side exhaust first. Feed pull
wires previously installed through bracket slots. Remove pull wires and loosely install conical washer ③
and hex nut ④ to the hitch. Hand tighten both sides. Check to assure hitch is even and centered on
vehicle.

3. Tighten all 7/16-14 GR5 fasteners with torque wrench
to 50 Lb.-Ft. (68 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle
when towing.
