EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

1. Read carefully the user instructions and initial configuration before using the machine.
2. Check the oil level in the vacuum pump periodically. The level cannot be less than ½ or
exceed ¾ of its capacity. You can check the oil level using the gauge in the vacuum pump.
To change the oil, unscrew the vacuum pump cap and pour oil until reaching the level.
3. Clean the air filter once a week. The sealer obtains air from the outside so the air filter
ensures the machine will operate properly without impurities or dust.
4. Grounding: Check that your connection is grounded for safe connection and use.
5. Sealing Teflon: check that there is not a foreign body in the Teflon to ensure an optimal
seal. The Teflon must be replaced periodically, once it is worn it Will not obtain a uniform
seal.
6. Emergency Shutdown: Once you identify a fault, you must turn off the sealer immediately
using the emergency button and solving the fault before restarting again.
WARRANTY AND WARRANTY CARD
INSTRUCTIONS
The period of warranty is 1 year from the machine date of purchase.
Guarantee content:
1. Provide the warranty card and the purchase ticket or invoice, proving that the purchase
date is less than 1 year.
2. You must deliver the machine in its original box. Please keep the box during the guarantee
period.
3. If the failure occurs within the guarantee year, contact us. You must send the machine
(shipping is covered by the customer) to our technical service and we will return it
assuming the return shipping cost.
4. WARRANTY DO NOT APPLY WHEN:
a) Not showing the invoice, warranty card or the original packing box with all its
elements.
b) Failure occurred for inproper use of the machine, such as electrical voltage raise, not
providing maintenance to the vacuum pump or other parts.
c) Damage caused by natural disasters
d) Modifications or manipulation made to the machine.
e) Not following the using instuctions or maintenance from the manual.
