TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The machine does not turn on.
It is not possible to insert the pod.
The coffee is cold
The machine does not brew coffee
Leaks water

For problems not covered by the aforementioned table or if the suggested remedies do not resolve
them, contact the retailer.
SOLUTION
Check that the machine is connected to the mains.
Check that the pod is compatible.
Check that you have lifted the lever properly.
Heat the cups.
Wait until the machine temperature light turns off
before brewing the coffee.
Check that there is water in the tank.
Check that the tube is inserted in the tank and that
it is not compressed.
Check that there is a pod in the machine.
The coffee gasket (indicate the appropriate reference in the
drawing) may be broken and must be replaced, or it could be
inserted incorrectly. To check it, put your finger (with the
machine cold) under the seal and check the entire
circumference well.
Adjust the upper pod holder and turn it to the left until
the lever with the inserted pod tightens the pod firmly.
Remind users not to leave the used pod inside after making
coffee. Otherwise each time the old pod is removed it will
create some friction and the gasket will wear out easily
