Before using your electronic thermosealing machine ULTIseal BASE740, please read
this safety information carefully. Your lack of observance could cause accidents or
damage to the machine.
- Before using the unit, operators must have perfectly understood the meanings and functions of all the
controls.
- Operators must be aware of and know how to apply the safety regulations governing the use of the unit.
- Operators must know and correctly interpret all the indications contained in this manual and those applied
to the unit.
- Operators must not perform operations on their own initiative or operations that are not part of their job.
- The responsible authority must instruct and train the operator to use and maintain the unit safely; in
particular, it must ensure that this information has been correctly understood.
NEVER PLACE YOUR FINGERS NEAR THE SEALING AREA WHEN THE MACHINE
IS OPERATING
NEVER PLACE YOUR HANDS UNDER THE SEALER WHEN YOU PRESS THE SEALING LEVER
NEVER PLACE YOUR HANDS NEAR THE SHARP EDGE OF THE CUTTING BLADE.
KEEP THE MACHINE IN A CLEAN AND DRY AREA.
NEVER DISMANTLE THE ULTIseal BASE740. THE HIGH INTERNAL VOLTAGE IS
DANGEROUS
CLEAN THE MACHINE WITH A DAMP CLOTH, AFTER ENSURING THAT THE
CONNECTION CABLE HAS BEEN UNPLUGGED
(before reusing the machine make sure that the machine is completely dry). DO
NOT USE SOLVENTS ON THE MACHINE LABEL.
MAKE SURE THAT THE WIRING HAS A GROUND CABLE WHICH CONFORMS TO
ALL OF THE SAFETY NORMS OF THE COUNTRY OF INSTALLATION.
NEVER REMOVE THE LABEL ON THE MACHINE
ENSURE THAT THE MACHINE IS CONNECTED TO THE CORRECT ELECTRICAL
VOLTAGE
If the machine doesn't work properly refer to the section in the manual titled "Solution to Problems" for the
possible cause. If you need further information or if the machine is in need of repair, contact B.A.
International or an approved dealer.
