International warranty
Your watch was manufactured in the workshops of
Eterna SA in Granges (Switzerland) to the most stringent
quality standards . It left the manufacture in perfect
condition, after undergoing a host of meticulous checks .
However, should you find any defect or malfunction with
your watch, please consult one of our Eterna authorised
retailers or an approved Eterna general agent .
This international warranty covers any manufacture or
component defects existing upon the purchaser taking
possession of their Eterna watch, for a period of two
years from the purchase date . Throughout the warranty
period, your Eterna authorised retailer or the approved
Eterna general agent for your country will repair, free of
charge, any manufacture or component defects found .
Any other claims, such as claiming for losses, requesting
replacements or discounts, are excluded .
