IV. Preliminary steps

Wall mount installation

1. The soundbar can be placed on a desktop or hang on the wall.
Caution: Connect any external devices to the soundbar before mounting the
soundbar on the wall.
Before installing the soundbar, make sure it is turned off and unplugged.
Description
2. If you decide to mount the soundbar on the wall, determine the location and
mark the holes on the surface. To do so, check the soundbar hole spacing and
use the supplied brackets as template.
Note: If installing the soundbar below a TV, align the center of the soundbar with
the center of the flat panel.
3. For gypsum or wooden walls, locate studs in the wall. You may use a stud
finder to determine the center of each stud.
4. Using an appropriately sized drill bit, drill a hole in the wall at each marking, and
insert the supplied anchors if installing the unit on a concrete or brick wall.
