FAULT CODES
FAULT
The device is behaving like

thermal expansion of hot water heater.
No tank in system causes water hammer.
Waterlogged tank causes water hammer.
Tank too small for system capacity causes
water hammer.
Leak in the system.
Waterlogged tank.
Broken motor lead.
The thermal protector in the motor is open.
The sensor was damaged by either a
significant pressure spike or power surge.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Check line to line resistance (Ohms) and confirm
they match motor specifications. (Rx1 scale)
Damaged wire insulation. Check motor wire
insulation with a megger. Recommend a meter
that can read values 2,000,000 Ohms or more.
Check water level in the well.
To operate continuously at open discharge, lower
Sensitivity (detection pressure). Setting to 0
essentially turns Dry Run off.
To operate intermittently at open discharge, set
Detection Time to exceed the open discharge run
time.
Verify that the value for Service Factor Amps has
been entered properly in the app.
Check for debris stuck in the pump.
Check line to line resistance (Ohms) and confirm
they match motor specifications. (Rx1 scale)
Damaged wire insulation. Check motor wire
insulation with a megger. Recommend a meter
that can read values 2,000,000 Ohms or more.
Recommend at least a 10psi difference between
setpoint and Over Pressure setting.
Locate device and tank before all water
treatment.
Remove or relocate check valve.
Add an appropriate tank.
Check tank and replace if necessary.
Add an appropriate tank.
Check for leaks in pipe system.
Check tank and replace if necessary.
Verify that all motor wires are free from damage
and that all connections are secure.
Wait for 20 minutes then try to restart the motor.
Replace the entire device.
