• Set the adjustable headband (1) to the appropriate size.
• Press the button (2) repeatedly to go through the following functions:
• Switching on " Constant light from the white LEDs (3)
• Dimmed light
• Constant light from the red LEDs (4)
• Flashing of the red LEDs (4)
• Switching off
Warning
Never look straight into the light source and do not aim its beam of light straight
into the eyes of other people or animals. This could damage your/their eyes.

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive
cleaning agents.
