FRONT TOWERS INSTALLATION:
Measure bar BETWEEN tower hoods—
IMPORTANT: Follow "M1" measurement
from list in clip box.

Keep screws in
Towers loose.
Install
FRONT pads
and endcaps.
Put one rubber
pad from clip bags
on base of each
Tower.

BE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT CLIPS
AND PADS.
Bar TO PREPARE:
TO BEGIN:
• Clean roof of car.
Loosen screws on each
tower turning counter

Install Towers to Crossbar on flat surface :
• Pull Tower hood UP so that
wrench will engage when
inserted in hole.
Keep Cover
OPEN.
(for REAR installation, go to step 8)
Check measurement... lock towers:
• Lift Tower hood and crossbar
TOGETHER so that Tower drops.
• Insert wrench in hole.
• Turn wrench a short turn clockwise—
this locks the Tower to the Bar.
• REPEAT WITH OTHER TOWER.
CHECK MEASUREMENT AGAIN!
Tower may have moved during tightening.
• Use M2 measurement from
the list in clip box.
• Measure from top of
windshield where paint
ends, to front of Towers.
• INSTALL CLIPS (STEP 13).
• Turn wrench
counter clockwise
until it stops.
FIND "M2" MEASUREMENT.
• Slide Bar into Tower,
remove wrench.
• REPEAT for other
Tower.
