Do not use or store the device outside.

Do not store the unit near hot ovens or heating appliances.

Store the unit in a dry environment where there is no risk of its being damaged.
Power Cord

Do not let the power cord become too tight or pass over the device.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its authorized technical service,
or by a qualified technician, in order to avoid a hazard.
Children

This product is not permitted for use by children or other people without assistance or supervision if
their physical, sensory, or mental state limits its safe use. Children should be supervised to ensure they
do not play with the product.
Other safety considerations

Never use the device without the HEPA filter installed.

Never use the device to vacuum hot ash, broken glass, sharp objects, or liquids.

Never use the device in the presence of explosive liquids or vapor.

Do not ever vacuum flammable or poisonous liquids such as gasoline, printer toner, or other volatile
substances. Never vacuum acid or asbestos dust.

Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet after use and before cleaning.

Do not leave device running while unattended.

Electrical device repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel only.

Repairs that are not carried out by professionals can be dangerous.

Do not touch electrical appliances with wet hands.

Static shocks can be caused in many ways: while vacuuming, certain carpets may generate small
static shocks in the receptacle. These shocks are completely harmless and are not associated with
the electric grid. In order to minimize any impact, do not place your hand or insert any object in the
receptacle, unless you have first emptied it and rinsed it with water.

When you are no longer going to use this product, recycle it so it is disposed according to local
regulations.
Electrical Requirements
Verify that the voltage shown on the device's information plaque matches the power in your home, which
must be AC (alternating current).
If your household outlets are not suitable for the plug supplied with this device, contact a qualified electrician
to perform their replacement.
WARNING: if you remove the plug or cut the power cord, the unit must be destroyed, since it could cause
a dangerous situation.
In the event that the 13-amp plug fuse needs to be replaced, the BS1362 13 amp fuse must be used.
Overheating safety device
Your vacuum comes equipped with a safety device that turns off the unit in the event of overheating. If the
vacuum stops working, turn it off and see if the air entry or exit is blocked. Wait at least 15 minutes for the
safety system to be reestablished before attempting to turn on the vacuum cleaner again. If the vacuum
cleaner or the safety device continue not to work, turn it off again, and take it to the nearest authorized
service center them to examine or repair.
