Solution
Plug the humidifier into a powered
electrical socket.
Stop using the device immediately
and contact the Technical Support
Service of Cecotec.
Press the power button to turn it on.
Increase the target humidity or
change mode.
Refill the water tank and wait at
least 1 minute.
Wait at least 1 minute.
Check the positioning of tank on the

it stay 12 hours in cool position.
Clean water tank, fill with clear
water.
Remove the aroma cotton, rinse it
under clean water and allow it to
dry.

Move the humidifier to a stable flat
surface.
Turn off and unplug the humidifier,
then align the water tank cover with
its respective opening in the inner
chamber.
Stop using the device immediately
and contact the Technical Support
Service of Cecotec.
Check if doors and windows are
closed.
Check if there is no air conditioning
working in the room.
Remove any blocking items from
the grids and the nozzle.
Clean transducer.
