5. Optional Pull Chain Switch Removal

Remove and retain the Three Screws Holding
the Light Fixture Lower Housing to the Light Fixture
Upper Housing (Figure 13) .

Disconnect the Pull Chain Switch Black Wire Male
Connector from the Light Fixture Assembly Black Wire
Female Connector (Figure 14) .
Pull the Light Fixture Upper Housing away from the
Light Fixture Lower Housing to expose the Pull Chain
Switch located on the Light Fixture Lower Housing .
Set aside and retain the Three Screws and Light
Fixture Upper Housing for reinstallation in Step 5 .9 .

Carefully Cut and Discard the Plastic Wire Tie
that is securing the Pull Chain Switch Wires to the
Light Fixture Lower Housing (Figure 15) .
