ො Place the appliance on a dry, stable and
level support surface not immediately be-
low the electrical outlet. Never place on
flammable / fused surfaces or equipment.
ො Place at least 60 cm from the sink and fau-
cet. Never place the machine or the power
cord within 50 cm or less from hot surfaces
or open flames.

ො Never move the machine during operation.
ො Never touch very hot parts of the machine
during operation (for example, the brew
unit).
ො Do not touch the jets of steam or water.
ො Do not move the operating lever when the
machine is still under pressure to make
coffee.

FUNCTION BUTTONS

1. On: Turns the coffee maker on and off
2. One cup button: Press the button and it
will emit an indicator light that flashes slow-
ly. The machine will start brewing coffee and
the machine will stop automatically after
brewing is complete.
3. Two-cup button: you get more coffee
than with the one-cup button.
FUNCTION WHEEL
1. "Coffee" button: turn the knob to this po-
sition to prepare coffee.
2. "Hot water" button: turn the knob to this
position to prepare hot water
