• Wash the parts before first use.
• Place the freezer tank into a freezer 8-12 hours in advance.
• Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mixture (see recipe). Allow the mixture to cool down in the refrigerator to
5-10 °C.
• Fill the tank with the ice cream mixture and switch on the stirring mechanism in time. Do not overfill the
tank.
• Typically, the appliance needs 20-30 minutes to mix edible ice cream. Indivual preferences, the chosen
ingrediants and their quality influence the prepaparaton time needed. Experiment with the appliance to
reach the desired results.
Note: To avoid overheating the motor, the direction of rotation will change if the mixture becomes too thick. If the
direction of rotation continues to change, stop the machine when the mixture is ready.
