You use the Applications settings to view details about the applications
installed on your tablet, to manage their data and force them to stop,
and to set whether you want to permit installation of applications
that you obtain from web sites and emails.

11.3.1 Location
GPS satellites
Check to use your tablet's global positioning system (GPS) satellite
receiver to pinpoint your location within an accuracy as close as
several meters ("street level"). The process of accessing the GPS
satellite and setting your tablet's precise location for the first time
will require up to 5 minutes. You will need to stand in a place with a
clear view of the sky and avoid moving. After this, GPS will only need
20-40 seconds to identify your precise location.

Encrypt tablet
You can encrypt your accounts, settings, download apps and their
data, media and other files by touching Encrypt tablet.
Make passwords visible
Enable this function to show passwords as you type.
Device administrators
Touch to view or deactivate device administrators.
App permissions
Touch to view or change app permissions
Unknown sources
Enable this function to permit installation of applications that you
obtain from web sites, emails, or other locations other than Google
Play store.
To protect your tablet and personal data, download applications only
from trusted sources, such as Google Play store.
Storage type
Touch to choose a storage type.
Trusted credentials
Touch to display trusted CA certificates.
Install from SD card
Touch to install encrypted certificates from the SD card or Internal
Storage.
