MY PHONE IS FROZEN OR CANNOT SWITCH ON
1. Charge your device.
2. Press the ON/OFF button for 10 seconds or use
the Recovery mode/Hardware reset.
GRANITEPHONE RECOVERY MODE
To perform the hardware reset and set up the device in
recovery mode, follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold Volume Up key + ON/OFF button, a green
screen will appear.
3. When the screen turns red, release all keys.
4. Wait a few seconds until Recovery Mode appears.
5.
Use Volume key to select the desired option.
6.
Use ON/OFF button to Confirm or Execute Menu.
