opening and closing the lid.
Located behind Top Grill Plate in the Grill
Lid. Holds the underneath of the Grill Lid
in place.
Used to cook food on. Located in Top Grill
Lid and Grill Base.
Bottom of the unit, holds Bottom Grill
Plate, and where control panel
is located.
Located on back rear of unit, collects fat
and oils.
Inserted into food. Measures internal
temperature of food.
Placed into front two holes. Keeps unit
from sliding.
Placed into back two holes. Keeps unit
from sliding.
