Before First Use: Most heating appliances produce an odor
when used for the first time. Plug into outlet. Turn temperature
dial to highest setting. Let heat for 10 minutes. Turn off and
cool completely. Wipe warming tray base with soft, damp cloth.
Wash chafing dishes and lids in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
