Problem
Unit fails to steam,
light does not turn on
Unit fails to steam
Steam pressure has
built up but no steam
comes out when
pressing the steam
trigger
Steam is intermittent,
pressure takes too
long to build, weak
steam flow
Reason
Steamer is not
plugged in
Pressure has not
built up
Water storage tank
is empty
Steam hose is not
connected properly
Descaling mode is
activated
Substantial mineral
deposits in the unit
Solution
Plug the unit into a
suitable power outlet
and turn on if applicable
Wait at least 120
seconds until you press
the steam trigger
Fill the water storage
tank
Make sure the steam
hose is connected
properly, and there is
a click sound when
inserted.
Turn to steaming mode
by pressing the button
on the back of the
steamer handle.
Clean the appliance as
