5.2 – Phone call to the built-in GSM module (dialling the number of the SIM used) – ONLY FOR "TOP" MODELS
If the control panel has a GSM module, it is always enabled to reply immediately to incoming calls (without having to make two calls) and
recognise the incoming number if allowed by the caller. In this case the installer can organise that the number recognised has direct access to
the control panel without having to enter the user code. Listen to the guide message and proceed as above.
5.3 – User called by control panel
In the case of alarm and subsequent phone call, the person called can interact with the device; for example, to disarm the control panel by
entering the command described above. Be aware not to proceed with this operation in the case of an actual break-in.
When the user is called by the control panel, the cycle of subsequent calls can be interrupted by pressing # on the user's telephone after having
listened to the message (repeated twice) and the "Beep" ending the message.
5.4 – Remote change of stored phone numbers
By sending an SMS from a remote telephone it is possible to change telephone numbers stored in the telephone book as long as they are
directly accessible in the telephone book. Write an SMS starting with the letter A followed by the numbers without any spaces in between:
A333555666 (old number to be replaced)A333666888 (new number to be inserted)
The device memorises the change and sends an SMS to confirm: CHANGE MADE *333666888*
5.5 – Remaining SIM credit
By pressing the € key the remaining SIM card credit can be automatically heard. To be certain, use a SIM card with automatic re-charge.
5.6 – Remote listening
Whether the control panel calls a programmed number or the user calls the control panel, during the telephonic connection on PSTN line it is
possible to listen to the sounds in the area surrounding the control panel by simply pressing the ∗ key on the telephone used. By pressing ∗
again listening is terminated and further commands can be entered. If no other entries are made within 60 seconds, the connection will
automatically terminate.
5.7 – Remote listening and speaking (only for models with a GSM module) - Live voice conversation (with the control panel disarmed)
By pressing the ∗ key on the telephone used, you can talk and listen live during a call to the control panel; similarly you can call from the control
panel as if calling from the cell phone (with the control panel disarmed). Press the green button to connect, enter the telephone number within 1
minute and then press ↵ . To end the call, press ESC or the red button.
Note: Silenya HT GSM Free makes the call but it is necessary to wait for the GSM module to turn on.
5.8 – Other functions of the control panel
A speaker connected by cable can be installed in order to listen to vocal messages from a control panel in another location.
Control panels with a GSM module offer other automatic functions which can be programmed during installation:
SMS notification of failure and reinstatement of electrical mains power supply (only Silenya HT GSM Top)
Periodic SMS transmission for supervision of control panel.
Notification of SIM expiry - it is advisable to use a SIM card without expiry date.
6.0 – INSTALLATION OPERATIONS
Installation requires specific technical expertise in electronic alarm systems and, in particular, in wireless alarm systems. The present manual
does not include the technical and installation precautions and warnings which are essential to the operations of any professional installer and
fundamental for a correct installation of the present devices and their accessories.
a) The programming of the control panel is simple, with operations similar to those performed for cellular phones and carried out directly on the
keypad of the control panel, with the display in view and following instructions indicated, while adhering to the following rules:

Use the numeric keys to link or unlink the telephone numbers to the vocal/SMS messages of any kind and select zones A,B,C.
Use the numeric keys to write the hour, date, minutes, seconds wherever required.
b) Programming errors In case of an incorrect entry, nothing will happen except that the device will signal an error with 1 or 3 BEPs
(remote/detector programming) and further attempts can be made. Be careful with the ERASE function which is followed by "ERASE -
CONFIRM?" : If this is confirmed, the complete programming will be erased!
