Installation guide
Problems
The roller shutter is not
operational.
The roller shutter stops too
soon.
The roller shutter does not
stop when it reaches the
lower end limit position.
The roller shutter does not
stop when it reaches the
upper end limit position.

Possible causes
The wiring is incorrect.
The motor is hot.
The control point is not
compatible.
The module used is not
compatible.
The roller shutter is encoun-
tering friction when it moves:
friction of the runners, the
unit, etc.
The motor has been instal-
led in a new roller shutter.
The mountings used are not
correct.
The roller shutter locking
system in the upper position
is not correct.

Solutions
Check the wiring and modify
it if necessary.
Wait until the motor cools
down.
Check for compatibility and
replace the control point if
necessary.
Check that the module used
is the ilmo WT module.
Check the roller shutter
installation and correct any
friction.
If the problem continues,
restore the motor to its
RULJLQDO FRQ¿JXUDWLRQ

Check that the roller shutter
is mounted to the roller tube
using rigid links or bolts.
Check that the roller shutter

end stop.
